I think he just has to get used to the new weight and size to be able to do the same tricks as before. Much happier with ordering custom vs what other retailers here (Alberta, Canada) bring in as stock. A bit pricey, even on sale, but what isn't these days. My son uses it every day, it gets him outside and off video games, it saves him from going nearsighted and needing glasses from too much close up device time, (I am an optometric assistant), that justifies the price in my book!! This Danish bank holiday has nothing to do with the parcel going through customs in the UK, which does take a few days and it's calculated into our delivery times. However, even though the delivery took one day longer, since we knew this before we dispatched your order, we adjusted the estimated delivery time accordingly. You received this estimated delivery time via email and your parcel was delivered within this time frame. We didn't deliver you a product with missing parts.
