This is not clearly stated on the product. after we received one wheel I went looking and in fact, it says "wheel" The sets show 2 wheels on the pictures and it states 2 pack. now I know this but I went looking for the info. if you don't surf through your site this is not obvious. Now we have a single wheel that we paid $20 for shipping and we will go around town looking for the second wheel as i refuse to pay $20+ for shipping. | "SHOCKING SERVICE! I ordered two wheels for my sons scooter, however I only received 1 wheel. I contacted SkatePro via email as requested just to realise they were very busy and will answer as quick as possible, so far so good. When I received the email I was asked to send a picture of the item??? Take a picture if the wheel didn't received??? Then we just emailed forward and back about the wheel i didn't received. Status now, I was asked to send a picture of the wheel, I then forwarded a picture of the wheel I received, for what good? Response: SkatePro have to report the case to their Orders Department to avoid future mistakes. How does that help me? When this will happen I hope to receive my missing wheel. In order to determine why a product is missing we need our logistics department to see the products received and the condition of the product. Sometimes the box is damaged and the product is lost or in other cases the product was simply not sent due to human error. I can see that our warehouse sent the two wheels and unfortunately you did not keep the original packaging so we could not determine why the wheel did not arrive. However, in order to remedy your situation we have proceeded to add a credit towards the value of the wheel so that you can replace it. We hope this will resolve the issue. /Skatepro Team |
