The first skateboard deck shipped had scratch damage as the board was not packed and secured in the box with sufficient packing, the board had plenty of room to shift around in the box ultimately causing damage in shipping. My request for it to be replaced was taken care of right away, however, the second box received was in worse shape than the first box (which is not the fault of SkatePro), but again the board had two small pieces of bubble wrap on the ends and WAY TOO MUCH ROOM TO MOVE AROUND IN THE BOX." | |
