Box arrived damaged and skates were damaged with very cheap bont straps not working as it should. After return they kept 15% due to damages already on the skate as they explain they cannot sell as "new" but I don't trust they came as "new" in the original command. Only recommend if you buy cheap products under 100$ then you should get what you pay for. I do not recommend to buy from Skatepro" | |

Your claim was accepted, however, after receiving the return label you used the skates despite sending photos that they were new. At the time they reached us they had numerous signs of use and dirt.
