São leves e restringem minimamente os movimentos do corpo, para que o utilizador se sinta livre para se movimentar, mantendo as mãos, os cotovelos e os joelhos protegidos.
Existe uma recomendação de peso do utilizador para este Conjunto de proteções FID Skate-Pads. Os tamanhos S-L são recomendados para utilizadores com menos de 50 kg, e o tamanho XL é recomendado para utilizadores com peso superior a 50 kg.
